About Us

Infinite Success Academy & Life Skill Center was named Best Child Care Agency in South Jordan for 2019 -2021, by South Jordan City. Though, our beginnings were far more humble. 
We started out as a small 2 room facility, with a student body of 22. 
We have since grown, and expanded our center, so that we may better serve a larger student body, while maintaining low class sizes.

Ms.Bri, the Center Director has been with ISALSC since the beginning, as has helped to develop its unique programs, and approach to teaching & nurturing children.
ISALSC is the home to a small, tight-knit family like staff, that receives high quality monthly training's to ensure that your children are being cared for at incredibly high standards.

Meet The ISALSC Team

Ms.Bri Dykstra - Center Director & Co-Founder

CPR/First Aid Certified 

Ms.Bri has been involved in Early Childhood Education since 2009, and became the Director of Infinite Success Academy in 2017. She began as an Aid in a 2 year old class in 2010 , and has since held several different positions within Early Childhood Education. From Teaching to Directing, and everything in between. Ms.Bri earned her Child Development Associates with an emphasis in Preschool Education in 2015. Followed by her Event Planning License in 2016, Transitional Coaching & Master Spiritual Degree in 2019. She enjoys working with children, as they provide a more innocent perspective of the world. Ms.Bri loves watching each child's "AH-HA!" moment, when they finally understand and can apply a new concept for the first time. Aside from dedicating more than a decade to the betterment of Utah's Child Care, Ms.Bri runs 3 of her own businesses, including Blooming Soul Photography, The Journey Inward: Spiritual Coaching and The Ultraviolet Collective. When she isn't working, you can find her exploring nature, traveling, exploring Spirituality, crystal wrapping,  or delving into literature. 

Mrs.Kourtney Schow- Assistant Center Director 

CPR/First Aid Certified 

Ms.Kourtney has been working with children since 2016. She began as a Nanny for two different families, and eventually began teaching in a Child Care Center! 
Ms.Kourtney came to ISALSC in 2019, where she is now the Assistant Director! She began in our Preschool Classroom, and was a shining light in our 2-3's program! She is compassionate, enthusiastic, a team player, and is passionate about making connections with her students & families. 
When Ms.Kourtney isn't at ISALSC you can find her spending time with her family in Logan, adding to her tattoo collection, or spending time in nature. ​

Ms.Bailey- Preschool Teacher & American Sign Language Instructor

CPR/First Aid Certified

Ms.Bailey joined the ISALSC team in early 2022. 
She began her career in in Early Childhood Education in High School, through Psychology courses, and recently graduated with a degree in Psychology and Social Work. Ms.Bailey plans to further her education by earning a degree in Child Psychology. She is lighthearted, kind, generous and compassionate. She illuminates her classroom with laughter. Ms.Bailey takes pride in her students accomplishments, and never fails to celebrate each and every milestone.  Outside of the classroom she spends her time reading, playing way to many video games, and spending time with her family and friends. She is wildly passionate about Star Wars and the extensive knowledge that comes along with it.  

Ms.Aubri- Preschool Teacher & Mindfulness/Movement Instructor 

CPR/First Aid Certified

Ms. Aubri joined the ISALSC team in 2018 as a Preschool Teacher, where she positively impacted the lives of all of her students. Aubri is a kind soul who loves working with children because it gives her an opportunity to see things from their perspective, each day. During her years of experience in early childhood education, Aubri has learned so much from her students and looks forward to all there is still left to discover through her work. Each day, Aubri brightens up the classroom with her positivity, and always sets a great example for her students. When Aubri isn’t here at ISA, you’ll find her spending time outdoors, doing yoga, hanging out with her cat, and spending time with friends and family.

Teacher Ethan- Assistant Preschool Teacher & Skateboard Instructor

Mr. Ethan began at ISALSC in the Summer of 2023, as an Assistant Teacher, and has been making waves in our classrooms with his humor and positivity ever since. Ethan loves getting to crack jokes with his students, and listen to the funny stories and jokes they tell him. He enjoys working in childhood education because he loves being able to make a difference in the lives of his students. Ethan teaches a super fun Skateboarding class each week, where he teaches his students how to safely ride and do tricks on their skateboards! When he isn’t brightening his student’s days here at ISA, you can find Ethan riding his skateboard and hanging out with friends and family.

Ms.Kenzie- Prekindergarten Teacher

CPR/First Aid Certified

Miss.Kenzie joined the ISALSC family in Summer of 2022, as an Assistant Summer Camp Teacher. She then illuminated our Preschool Program for the 2022/2023 School Year. We are excited to have her bring her special brand of love and compassion to our Prekindergarten room. Miss.Kenzie began working with children during her senior year of High School, in the Early Childhood Education Program, which sparked her interest in working with children. 
It is Miss.Kenzie's goal that each one of her students is shown kindness, and taught how to be kind to others. She believes the key to a beautiful world starts with influencing little humans to become great. When she isn't joking around at ISA, you can find her relaxing somewhere calm and cozy, reading, listening to records, or exploring Downtown Salt Lake City.

Ms.Crista  - Assistant Teacher Floater

Ms.Crista became Infinite Success Academy's Preschool teacher in 2021. Ms.Crista's early childhood education journey began while she was still in High School. She participated in the Preschool Program where she developed her own awesome curriculum. Ms.Crista also spent a few summers as a Summer Camp Teacher! She has a devout passion for working with children. Ms.Crista immediately brought love, kindness, and happiness to the Preschool Classroom, as she formed quick and meaningful bonds with her students. She loves watching her students discover new curiosities, and begin to form their own unique and blooming personalities. When Ms.Crista isn't creating hands-on and intentional activities you can find her painting, spending time with her animals or relaxing watching Netflix. Ms.Crista is filled with kindness and understanding and hopes to carry the lessons she has learned working with children through the rest of her life.

Ms.Kamri- Jump Start & School Age Teacher & Science Instructor

CPR/First Aid Certified

Miss.Kamri was welcomed to ISALSC in the fall of 2022. 
Her interest in working with children was initially sparked during her senior year of high school, where she had the opportunity to spend time in the Preschool Program. Miss.Kamri is the second oldest of 8 siblings, who she loves spending time with, and watching them grow, explore, and discover who they are. Miss.Kamri's love for her siblings, and experience in her high school Preschool Program, translated beautifully to working in ISA's Jumpstart & School Age Program. She loves their silly perspective, and imagination. 
When Miss.Kamri isn't admiring a students wild story, or silly interaction, you can find her spending time with her friends, reading, writing, spending time with her kitty or binging some reality TV. Miss.Kamri is fascinated with the Universe and everything it holds. She is a life long learner, and loves sharing her knowledge with the people around her.

Teacher Frani- Jumpstart & School Age Teacher 

Teacher Frani came to ISALSC in 2022. They sought a job in working with children after the pandemic, when they were caring for their nieces and nephews. They wanted to continue the legacy that their sister had left behind in caring for children. They feel as though their purpose is in bettering the lives of their students. Teacher Frani's favorite part of being a teacher, is being a kid themselves, and listening to their perspective about the world. They believe that the key elements of creating a meaningful relationship with their students is helping them problem solve, and listen to their big feelings. They live for the "Ah-Ha! moments." Outside of the classroom, you can find Teacher Frani creating art, and  spending time with their partner and family. 

Ms.Alondra- Assistant Teacher Floater 

Miss,Alondra joined ISA in the beginning of 2023. Her love for early childhood education was influenced by her younger siblings, as she wanted to care for them, and watch them grow. Her journey began when she volunteered to help with her younger siblings classes, and became a Summer Camp Assistant Teacher. Miss.Alondra is passionate about helping children find their personalities, and discover their interests. She encourages children to self-advocate, as she believes every child's voice is important. When she's not helping children discover their interests, she is busy discovering her own. Miss.Alondra enjoys trying new things, and exploring her creativity. She's loves crochet, travel to new places, and anything else crafty! 

Ms.Sarah- School Age Teacher

CPR/First Aid Certified

Ms.Sarah joined the ISALSC team in early 2022. From a very young age, she felt a connection to children, and wanted to care for them. In High School, she discovered that she wanted to pursue a career that bettered the lives of children. Ms.Sarah worked in a Preschool Classroom in High School, and formed meaningful connections  with each of her students. She is passionate about creating a magical childhood for her students, as she was unable to have similar experiences. Ms.Sarah is an advocate for littles, and uses her voice for those who are unable. Outside of the classroom, you can find Ms.Sarah reading, coloring, or spending time with her niece. 

Ms.Sam - Substitute Teacher 

CPR/First Aid Certified

Ms.Sam began with Infinite Success Academy in 2020 as a Prekindergarten Teacher. Her educator journey began at a non-profit organization that brought art to schools that could not afford art programs. It was there that she discovered her passion for teaching. Ms.Sam is currently working on a degree in Art Education, that absorbs most of her time and focus. We are lucky to have Ms.Sam still apart of the ISALSC team! Each week she teaches an impeccable Art Class to our Little Explorers, and makes time to lend a hand in our classrooms. She will also be returning for Summer Camp! Her favorite part about teaching is watching her students create a piece of art that they love, while talking all about it! When she isn't expanding her mind, creating her next masterpiece or lending a hand here, you can find her running her own small business, making custom jewelry, dishware, clothing and more!  

Ms.Ashley - Substitute Teacher

CPR/First Aid Certified

Ms.Ashley began with ISALSC in the Fall of 2020. She dove into our Prekindergarten program, and eventually worked her way into our School Age classroom, where she blossomed! Currently, Ms.Ashley is on other adventures, but still keeps ISALSC in her busy schedule. She will be returning for Summer Camp 2022! Until then, she one of our awesome Substitute Teachers. Ms.Ashley loves being reminded of life's simple pleasures, laughing, and smiling each day. Kids know how to make you laugh! She has an unnecessary amount of Survivor (the show) trivia stored away. And in her free time, you can find her attending concerts, reading or just hanging out with friends. 

Ms.Kat- Substitute Teacher

CPR/First Aid Certified

Ms.Kat began with Infinite Success Academy in 2021, where she has enhanced our Prekindergarten Classroom with love, enthusiasm, and passion! Before moving to Utah, Ms.Kat worked at the Boys and Girls Club for several years. It was there where she fell in love with being an educator. She says that she loves when her students teach her something new, and feels as if they teach her something new, each and every day. The lesson that resonates with her the most, is the endless and unconditional forgiveness that children offer. Ms.Kat would one day, like to run her own Child Care facility. When Ms.Kat isn't busy making ISALSC a beautiful place to be, you can find her spending time with her Husband, exploring our beautiful planet. She is an excellent musician, mastering the violin and cello.
